Burberry Prorsum

The best 5 looks in my opionion. It was all about the outerwear at the Burberry show, that and belts with bows! Mixing and matching was used throughout, and you could see how one piece was very versatile and could be teamed with pretty much everything else in the collection.

Well thats the end of my week reviewing my favourite looks from the recent London Fashion Week, from now on it will be back to normal posts, I hope you have enjoyed!

Vivienne Westwood Red Label

My favourites! This collection is typical Vivienne Westwood, the cuts are beautiful and more toned down than you would expect. I would say this collection is very wearable for everyone.

Stella McCartney Special Presentation

Stella McCartney's collection is very simple, very clean-cut and pretty. There is a lot of black and the occassional pop of colour like the blue outfit on the right. I just wish Stella would have bought her main collection to London!

Top 5 for me! McQueen is McQueen and they can get away with anything but Sarah Burton has done a fantastic job taking over. All designs are they fashion of the moment but over the top or with a twist, and have you seen the hair!?!

Temperley London

My top five from the Temperley collection at London Fashion Week, its very structured with big skirts and pretty sleeves! The hats are...err very big! I'm not a huge fan of fur but I love the overall look.

Erdem

My five favourite looks from the Erdem A/W12 collection. This collection is full of fun, flirty, colourful dresses and are just beautiful. As he has in the past the use of navy and blues is out in force and I love it! No outstanding evening dresses but some lovely versatile pieces, suited for work and an evening out!

Issa

My five favourite looks from the Issa A/W12 collection, the green dress is typical Issa!

Another thing worthy of a mention is the head wear in the show, particularly head scarfs - very 50's!

I'm Loving...

Gold Metallics!

 My love for gold dresses started a while ago when I first saw the gold dress Madonna wore during high flying adored in 'Evita.'

And the Queen of gold dresses is most definitely Shakira, as I was searching for pictures I was amazed at how many I found!

She definitely pulls of the look and I love all the sparkles and with her skin tone she really pulls it off! Other Queen's of Gold include Shakira's duet partner from beautiful liars is Beyonce and Taylor Swift both deserve a mention!

As you can see Gold has been worn by everyone from pop stars to Hollywood icons!
